What is your transformation story?
I have been with Bud for 9 years. I started with him right before my 50th birthday. I’ve always wanted to do a competition, but never had the confidence in myself or the courage. I did my first bikini competition at the age of 57! With Bud’s guidance, encouragement and faith in me, I competed in the Over 45 Bikini Fit Division of the 2018 Washington Ironman Bodybuilding Competition! I followed that with Emerald Cup 2019 and Ironman 2019.
How do you currently feel about your accomplishments?
I am so proud of what I have accomplished and could not have done it without Bud’s support! He never faltered in his belief in me, and I did not want to let him down. My body composition completely changed. Hard work and consistency paid off – and I’m ready to do it all over again, with Bud at my side!
